1. Who we are (and aren't)

CNYTeslaGuy.com is an independent enthusiast and education website operated by Rich ("we"). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. TESLA and related model names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used here for identification and commentary only.

2. Information accuracy

We verify specifications, prices, and incentive details against public sources and date our claims, but vehicle pricing and programs change frequently. Content on this site is educational, not an offer, and not purchasing, legal, tax, or financial advice. Confirm current figures at tesla.com and with qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Marketplace rules

• Listings are posted by private sellers. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to any sale, and we charge no commission.
• You must own (or be authorized to sell) any vehicle you list, and describe it truthfully. Misleading listings are removed and accounts banned.
• Listings are reviewed before publication; we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence: title verification, VIN history, inspection, and safe meeting practices.

4. Accounts

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the marketplace, scheduling system, or other users.

5. Scheduling

Sessions with Rich are free, informal, and educational. They are not test drives of vehicles for sale by us, and no advice given creates a professional-client relationship.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or transactions between marketplace users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
