When you create an account, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and a securely hashed password. When you post a marketplace listing, we collect the vehicle details and photos you provide. When you book time with Rich, we collect your chosen service, date, time, and any notes you add.
Solely to operate this site: displaying your listings to buyers (including the contact information you choose to include), managing your appointments, and letting Rich reach you about them. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Account, listing, and appointment data is stored for the operation of CNYTeslaGuy.com. You can delete your listings at any time from your account dashboard, and you may request full account deletion by emailing rich@cnyteslaguy.com.
We use local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your data — no third-party advertising cookies. Video embeds are served through YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player; YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you press play. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Contact details you include on a listing are visible to anyone viewing that listing — that's how buyers reach you. Only include what you're comfortable publishing.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
